LatticeXP: New Instant-on FPGAs
LatticeXP FPGAs Utilize FLASH and SRAM Technology to deliver a single-chip solution supporting "instant-on" start-up and infinite re-configurability. Non-volatile FLASH memory distributed within the LatticeXP stores the device configuration. At power-up the configuration is transferred from FLASH to SRAM in less than 1mS. Plus, LatticeXP devices provide uncompromised security to your program code by eliminating the need for an external configuration bit-stream.
