Sirenza Microdevices is a supplier of radio frequency (RF) components. Headquartered in Broomfield, Colorado, with operations in China, Germany and the U.S., Sirenza Microdevices and its subsidiary, Premier Devices, designand develop RF components for the commercial communications, consumer and aerospace and defense (A&D) equipment markets. Sirenza's integrated circuit (IC), multi-chip module (MCM) and passive product lines include amplifiers, power amplifiers, cable TV amplifiers, circulators, isolators, mixers, splitters, transformers, couplers, modulators, demodulators, transceivers, tuners, discrete devices, signal source components, government and military specified components, and antennae and receivers for satellite radio. Certifications include ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System and ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System (registered by QMI).

Our History
• 1985 incorporated as Matrix Microassembly Corporation based in Santa Clara, California
• 1992 began doing business as Stanford Microdevices, Inc. based in Sunnyvale, California
• May 2000 successfully completed initial public offering on NASDAQ stock exchange
• October 2001 corporate name changed to Sirenza Microdevices
• September 2002 strategic acquisition of Xemod and proprietary LDMOS technology to extend power amplifier module product line
• May 2003 strategic acquisition of the assets of Vari-L Company, a manufacturer and supplier of RF signal source components, to expand RF component product solution portfolio, as well as strengthen role as supplier to aerospace and defense end market

• December 2004 strategic acquisition of ISG Broadband, Inc., a designer of RF gateway module and IC products to enable delivery of broadband communications to the home, to diversify end markets and strengthen RF core compentencies

• April 2006 strategic acquisition of Premier Devices, Inc., a developer of complementary RF component products with design and manufacaturing operations in China and Germany; expands our products and technology, extends our design and manufacturing capabilities into Asia and Europe and continues our efforts to diversify our global business.
